Technology Fast 50 Award 2015: Gold and silver for Bavarian companies

11 Bavarian companies are winners of the “Technology Fast 50 Award” 2015 – a trusted indicator for exceptional growth, sustainable management and innovation.

For the 13th time Germany’s fastest growing technology companies were chosen for the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Award. Entries came from the hardware, software, communications, media, life sciences and clean technology sectors. Furthermore, companies had to meet high growth indicators with having to have generated a minimum of 50.000 EUR in revenue in 2011 and a minimum of 1 million EUR in 2014.

The top three places went to: 1st Celonis GmbH (Munich); 2nd Limata GmbH (Ismaning, Munich); 3rd DataVard GmbH (Heidelberg, Baden-Württemberg). Celonis’s tool analyses and visualises business processes by using process data saved in their clients' IT systems, achieving an average revenue growth of 3951.35% over 4 years (2011 – 2014). The UV direct exposure machines of Limata allow for maskless direct imagining of rigid and flexible boards, chemical milling parts and others and resulted in 1481.14% of average revenue growth. The SAP solutions of DataVard for data management, automated testing, system management and System Landscape Optimisation generated a 1019.61% in revenue growth.

In total, 11 companies from Bavaria were among the recipients of this year’s award, two of them placing first and second. Hetzner Online GmbH (Gunzenhausen, Bavaria) was awarded with two by also being recognized for Sustained Excellence. The Technology Fast 50 Award stands for exceptional growth, sustainable management and innovation. The number of Bavarian companies being represented in this year’s batch underlines that Bavaria provides a great environment for exactly that.
