Expansion at the Munich site: WuXi AppTec opens state-of-the-art testing laboratory in the Gräfelfing Life Science Center

WuXi AppTec is a company with global operations that supports the pharmaceutical and medical technology industry in the development of new products in a wide variety of areas, particularly in the field of research and development. This is also the case here in Munich with WuXi AppTec’s Laboratory Testing Division, which is able to perform safety testing of medical products in compliance with regulations for regulatory approvals, using extractables and leachables testing. Pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers are subject to increasing regulation, which entails complex test procedures. With its newly created laboratory, WuXi AppTec GmbH offers custom solutions and modern infrastructure to companies with limited capacities for preclinical tests.

Cooperation with Cluster BioM and Invest in Bavaria

The Bavarian ecosystem with the biotechnology cluster BioM in cooperation with Invest in Bavaria supported WuXi AppTec in establishing itself in Bavaria.
