After two years of virtual editions, on November 2nd the 10th edition of the annual OktoberINVESTfest was finally back as an in-person event in New York City!

This year, it was all about health technology and it was very exciting to hear the pitches of five Bavarian and five American innovative start-ups in that field. Besides that, it was great to have Markus Blume, Bavarian Minister of Science and the Arts and Prof. Sami Haddadin, Director of the Munich Institute of Robotics and Machine Intelligence as speakers at the conference, as well as David T. Tswamuno, Managing Partner at Fairbridge Park from the investor’s side.

During the get-together, valuable connections between the start-ups and the investor’s were being made.
