Integration Management Consulting, founded in São Paulo in 1995, recently opened its first German branch in Munich and is one of the largest and most successful strategy consultancies in Latin America. The company currently employs more than 300 consultants and staff in seven offices in Germany, Great Britain, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina and Chile.
Integration Consulting advises global players as well as major local companies in areas such as marketing and sales, supply chain, finances and change management. Its customers around the world include DHL, Carrefour, Bunge, Bayer, Faber Castell, Red Bull, Microsoft and MasterCard. The opening of an office in Germany corresponds with the company's objective of intensifying relationships with existing customers in the DACH region as well as attracting new customers.
Integration Consulting cites a mixture of different factors as being decisive in opting for Munich as a location: “For us, selecting this location was based on the customer potential, excellent transportation connections and the availability of specialist staff,” explains Rodrigo Seabra, head of the Munich office. “When compared to other locations, Munich had the highest overlapping of all of these factors.”
Dr. Wolfgang Hübschle, Head of Invest in Bavaria, the Business Promotion Agency of the State of Bavaria, welcomes the company's expansion: “We are delighted by the fact that Integration Consulting selected Munich as a strategic location from which to develop the DACH market. The number of globally active and major companies in Bavaria and southern Germany offers Integration Consulting an outstanding networking and growth potential.”
