Bavaria based Enit GmbH agreed a Joint Venture with Invilogic Software Private Limited from India

Hübschle: Indian expertise contributes to Industry 4.0 solutions for Bavaria

EniT and INVILOGIC  have formed EniT Invilogic GmbH in order to provide jointly Engineering & IT solutions based on industry 4.0. “It’s two passionate companies and one goal”, says Girish Jois, Founder and CEO of EniT GmbH. “The Market”, so Jois, “needs an engineering company with a product understanding and the ability to develop customised software applications for the integration  of the sales-engineering-production process”. And this is exactly what this association will bring in to customers operating out of Bavaria!”

The Joint Venture  provides software solutions to enable sales, design and manufacturing process automation to achieve efficient communication, cost reduction through data analytics across the manufacturing supply chain. Through this association EniT Invilogic GmbH  aims to create high technology jobs in Bavaria.

EniT GmbH founded in 2006 in Munich belongs to the EniT Group with development centers in Europe and India. The Group employs internationally around 500 engineers. It realizes product development in the aerospace, automotive and machinery industry with strong skills in systems engineering.

Invilogic Software Private Limited was founded in 2013 in Hyderrabad. The core competences of 85 employees lie in developing sales configurators, design automation, knowledge based engineering, software customization across the “manufacturing Industry” supply chain.
