Structural development and urban planning projects must be geared more towards existing and new public infrastructure, especially mobility, in order to remain affordable and sustainable in every respect. The close integration of urban development, but also of individual large-scale projects with public transport, is therefore the task of private developers, freelance planners, architects, traffic planners and political decision-makers as well as the planning administration. At the same time, cities are currently undergoing a digital transformation that is increasingly affecting all areas of urban life. The lecture series takes a look at the conditions and consequences of this transformation for urban mobility. Participation in the colloquium is free of charge, registration is not required.
