The Ludwig Erhard Symposium (LES) is a two-day business conference held at the NCC Ost (trade fair venue Nuremberg), which is organised by students of the FAU. The aim is to create an exciting dialogue and new networks in collaboration with experienced personalities from politics and business. This year, the focus is on the overriding topic “Innovation – Unternehmen neu denken” (Innovation – Companies rethinking). The subject will be pursued in lectures and discussions, on topics such as finance/tax, mobility, entrepreneurship, Industry 4.0 and digitalisation.

Dr. Markus Söder (Bavarian State Minister of Finance, Regional Development and Regional Identity), Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Bert Rürup (President of the Handelsblatt Research Institute), Benedictine priest Father Dr. Anselm Grün, Hans-Dieter Genscher (former Federal Foreign Minister and Vice Chancellor) and the blogger and author Sascha Lobo will be among the speakers. Rommy Arndt (n-tv) will be the host.
