At the DeepDive Know-How Event by ZOLLHOF Tech Incubator in November, Dr. Eric Eller will present TrustArchitecture, a new method that companies can use to understand trust situations and build and further develop genuine customer trust. In doing so, he will bring in practical insights from the day-to-day project work of elaboratum's Behavioral Design Unit, which has already helped more than 100 companies to improve the customer experience through the use of psychological insights.
