The Union for the Promotion of Chinese Companies in Bavaria (CUB e.V.) celebrated its foundation in Munich on 11th March 2015. CUB e.V. wants to strengthen the networking ties between Chinese and Bavarian Companies. Invest in Bavaria is a long-term partner and joined the foundation ceremony.

20 start-ups from Israel met companies throughout Bavaria at the "Business Matching Bavaria Israel" Event on 23 Feb 2015 in Munich. ICT-technology fields such as the Internet of Things, Industry 4.0, smart mobility, automotive, medtech and IT security were in the focus of the get together.
New Year's meeting for Japanese companies 2015
In early January, the annual New Year's meeting for Japanese companies took place at the Munich Town Hall, which was hosted by Invest in Bavaria, the Japanese Consulate General in Munich, the City of Munich, the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) and the Japan Club Mitokai München e.V.

"Networking is everything" - according to this motto Invest in Bavaria held an Event on 26th November 2014 for directors of Russian companies and branches in Bavaria. The participants had the opportunity to exchange ideas and establish new contacts in the pleasent atmosphere of the Munich town hall.
Japanese companies get awarded in Tokyo
As part of the 15-year anniversary celebrations of Invest in Bavaria, the Bavarian representative office in Japan awarded the prize for the first time, which was presented to eleven Japanese companies in Tokyo on 4th November 2014. The prizewinners have displayed outstanding commitment to locations in Bavaria and represent important pillars of the Japanese business community in Bavaria.

The third annual Bavarian Investors’ Conference in New York City on Oct. 20th, was attended by 250 investors, innovators, business leaders and government representatives from the U.S. and Germany.
15th anniversary of Invest in Bavaria on 10th July 2014
Invest in Bavaria celebrated its birthday at the annual business promoters' gathering, organised by the agency. Around 200 guests from business, politics and research were invited to a summer reception in Munich. Vice Minister of Economic Affairs Franz Josef Pschierer held a short opening speech.

On the 10th and 11th of October, it was once again time for the annual business promoters' meeting, held this year in Munich. About 100 participants exchanged views on topics such as promoting business through social media, excellence in added value, personal efficiency, start-up initiatives in rural areas and crowdfunding.

On 24th and 25th October, it was time once again for the annual business promoters' meeting, hosted by Invest in Bavaria, this year in Passau. This networking event gives business promoters from all over Bavaria the chance to exchange information with Invest in Bavaria.
